Enrolment of International Students
Non-EU citizens residing abroad and holding a foreign academic qualification, who wish to enrol in a Bachelor (Laurea) or Master (Laurea Magistrale) degree in Chemistry at Università di Pavia should follow the Guidelines published in the web sites of the University and of the Ministry of Universities and Research.
Admission of non-EU students residing abroad to the degrees in Chemistry is limited to 3 students from non-EU countries and 2 Chinese students of the Marco Polo Project to the Bachelor, and 3 students from non-EU countries and 2 Chinese students of the Marco Polo Project to the Master.
Non-European students residing abroad must apply for a student visa via the Italian Embassy or Consulate in their country of residence (deadline 31st August 2021).
Since the courses of both Bachelor and Master Degrees in Chemistry are taught in Italian, non-EU prospective students residing abroad must either pass an Italian Language Test or hold an Italian Language Certificate at B2 level or above, issued by CILS, CELI, ROMA3, PLIDA, Università per stranieri “Dante Alighieri” di Reggio Calabria or affiliated Istituti Italiani di Cultura, in compliance with the CLIQ (Italian Quality Language Certification) quality system.
All candidates to the bachelor degree in Chemistry , including non-EU citizens residing abroad, are requested to sit for a mandatory entrance test (TOLC-S, in Italian only). All candidates to the Master Degree in Chemistry, including non-EU citizens residing abroad, must pass an Admission Test, as specified in the Guidelines for the Master Degree.
